Experienced students will find a good level of physical challenge. All are welcome, come check it out!

This is a perfect class for those who are completely new to yoga, those who have less than 1 year experience , or any yogi who’d like to strengthen their fundamental practice further.
This class focuses around strength, mobility, balance, precision & repetition. Rather than flowing in and out of each pose quickly, each asana (posture) is held for an extended period of time. By drawing attention to the detail in subtle body movements, form & alignment, we are able to quiet the mind, tune into our body & practice intentional breath more deeply. Yoga props are used extensively in every class. This enables adult students of all ages & limitations to practice their best pose correctly, while also minimizing strain and injury.
The beginners class is for those who are new to yoga and more experienced practitioners that are looking to deepen their experience with the basics. Basic breathing techniques and poses will be taught in a gentle and welcoming environment.
Mixed Levels is for anyone who would like to come and practice at whatever level you prefer. This class is taught in the classical tradition. The teacher can make modifications for newcomers and for more advanced students. All are welcome, although it is recommended that true beginners take the Beginner's 4 session series for a solid foundation in the terminology and poses.
This class begins with a warming of muscles and calming of the mind, with gentle movements and focused breathing. Connecting breath and movement we move through a number of postures, or asanas to invigorate and strengthen our bodies and minds. Modifications for differing abilities are presented. Class concludes with restorative postures for deep relaxation.
This yoga class is a step up from our Beginner yoga classes. More challenging postures, including an introduction to slow, supported, gentle inversions, pranayama (focused breath-work), & even longer holds and repetition, are what sets this class apart from our Beginner Yoga. This class is perfect for anyone who has at least 1 year of consistent experience of yoga asana.
If you are looking to get your breath moving, lengthen tight muscles, and get a sweat going, then this class is for you! We will safely explore basic postures, their form and alignment, and flow through a dynamic sequence that will open and release tight muscles, move energy through the body, and create clarity in the mind. This class is great for runners, cyclists, golfers, or anyone looking to increase flexibility and strength. If you don’t consider yourself an “athlete” don’t be shy! You absolutely do not need to be athletic to practice dynamic yoga. See you on the mat!
Classes focus on moving through a progression of postures that offer modifications (basic to advanced) for all levels of strength and flexibility. Some experience with sun salutations, breathing practices, and basic postures is suggested. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves and work to their appropriate level of ability.

Yin class targets the deep, dense connective tissues of the body through the yin style of yoga. Typically, postures focus on “navel to knees” and are held in a passive, relaxed manner for 3-5 minutes. This deep, contemplative practice reaches the deeper connective tissues, strengthens ligaments and improves range of motion in the joints through stillness and conscious breath work. We will close our practice with a long and luscious savasana and meditation.
