Amelia Perri

Amelia Perri, RYT 200, started practicing yoga in Italy while she was journeying through Europe and South East Asia on her own path of self and spiritual discovery. She practiced various yogic traditions in specifically Croatia, Thailand, Bali, and Greece that inspired her to dive deeper into Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. Life brought her to the Seacoast three years ago where she planted roots and was immediately drawn to the welcoming yoga community. With over a ten-year career in education, Amelia feels most comfortable in front of a classroom and enjoys allowing her students to tap into their strength, call back their power, and find their edge. It is always her goal for her students to leave her classes more in peace and more in tune with their body than when they entered. To Amelia, yoga is a lifestyle and one that incorporates balance, movement, inner peace, and healthy choices into every day life. A lover of paddle-boarding, running, astrology, travel, and writing, Amelia is eager to empower the community around her.

  • Vinyasa Flow - Mixed Levels
  • This class focuses on moving through a progression of postures that offer modifications (basic to advanced) for all levels of strength and flexibility. We will practice sun salutations, breathing practices, and basic postures. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves and work to their appropriate level of ability.
