Christine received her 200 hour RYT in 2017 with Live Yoga. She grew up playing sports, and played volleyball through college. She loved high intensity sports, so she found a power yoga class in college, but it was the peace and calm she felt after each class that kept her returning every week. After college, she moved to California to intern with a wolf conservation center, and found a community through an outdoor Ashtanga yoga class. Yoga has been a constant through a few years of moving for different environmental jobs, and when she moved to Connecticut, she found a home with Live Yoga. This past February, she completed her 200 hour teacher training in Costa Rica, and she realized that this is something she was always supposed to do.
Christine Conte is currently not instructing any classes.
