Laura has been practicing yoga for many years in addition to having a dance background. She loves the healing aspects and many health benefits – both mentally and physically, that a yoga practice brings, but more importantly how yoga brings you into the present moment and keeping you centered throughout the day.
Laura has completed her 200 hour RYT certification through Prasada Yoga Center with Dana Lincoln. Her yoga foundation is based on the physical style of Ashtanga while incorporating Vinyasa flow. She teaches by combining fluid movement with alignment techniques. Her goal is to bring yoga to as many people as she can by making her classes safe and accessible to all levels in a relaxed atmosphere.

Vinyasa Flow - Mixed Levels
Classes focus on moving through a progression of postures that offer modifications (basic to advanced) for all levels of strength and flexibility. Some experience with sun salutations, breathing practices, and basic postures is suggested. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves and work to their appropriate level of ability.
