Andrea Bristol is a native of Massachusetts, and has called the Seacoast her home for over 25 years. After being sidelined by auto-immune issues, Andrea embraced Yoga as a way to keep in shape and focus on the mind-body connection. Yoga has transformed her life physically, mindfully and spiritually. Having practiced several methods of Yoga, she found that Vinyasa is her Yoga of choice. She recently completed her 200 RYT training at Barre & Soul in Portsmouth, NH. Incorporating challenging postures with a gentle flow, Andrea aims to have her students leave her class feeling grounded, strong, inspired Andrea lives in South Eliot, Maine with her husband, 3 kids and 2 dogs.
