Rise, Shine and Energize
During the month of October, Peg Gaillard returns Tuesday mornings from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. for "Rise, Shine and Energize" yoga class. Come to an early morning practice and start your day off right, October 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th.

 Fall 2016 Workshop Schedule

Pranayama and Meditation with Carol Walker   Sunday, November 6, 2:00- 4:00 p.m.
In this 2 hour workshop you will have the opportunity to turn your attention inward as we explore different breathing techniques (pranayama) and options for meditation. The intention is to move, breathe and connect to stillness in order to make space for inner peace and cultivate a greater sense of well-being. So often our yoga practices focus on the physical poses, which do provide amazing benefits; this workshop will shine a light on some other practices to bring us to that same place in a much quieter way.
