Full Time Student Rate**:
The full time student drop-in rate is $10. The student 10 pack is $90. When purchasing online please use the promotion code: Student.

Senior Rate**:
The Senior drop-in rate is $10. The Senior 10 pack rate is $90. When purchasing a package use the promotion code: Senior. (Seniors are defined as 60+)

Yoga Teacher Rate**:
The rate for certified yoga teachers is $10 for a drop-in. Share the love!

** There is no additional Senior/Student discount to the membership rate. The 3 and 6 month rates are already discounted to encourage a regular practice. For example, if you have a 6 month membership and you come 2x a week, the class fee works out to be $7.50/class. Wow! What a deal for a greater investment into your health and well-being!

Newmarket Mills Yoga is a warm and welcoming yoga studio located on the 4th floor of the Mill at 55 Main Street, in Newmarket, NH. All teachers approach yoga with an approach of compassion and care for the student experience. All teacher have at least 200 hours of training and many have 500+ hours, with strong teaching skills for the beginner to more advanced. With classes offered daily, there are many opportunities over the course of the week.

Chakra Meditation and Yoga Nidra

Through the chakra (energy centers) meditation workshop, you will be identifying, discovering, opening, releasing and balancing your chakras. It is experiential through color therapy, sound therapy, music and gentle movement. The mind quiets down as it moves into the awareness of your energetic body into pure consciousness. Transcendence can be achieved through chakra meditation practice. Deb is the author of a "Chakra Meditation" reference book which will be available for sale and for your reference after the workshop.

To complete the afternoon, Jason Kelly (Kripalu yoga teacher) will lead us in yoga nidra or yogic sleep- deep relaxation allowing the harmony we inherently own to surround our entire being.........Come join us to learn, attain and sustain this beautiful state of being - inner peace.
